Authentication information such as cbi.com username and password and if any third party service (e.g. Facebook) is used to sign in the user ID of that service.
IP address
Information relating to the customer relationship such as bought services, their start and end times and information on their use
Billing information
Customers of CBI can operate their own marketplaces using the CBI services. Collection and processing of personal data on each such marketplace is subject to the Privacy Policies of the respective marketplace along with any applicable laws, rules and regulations. CBI is not liable for the collection and processing of personal data on such marketplaces.

Purposes for Which the Personal Data is Collected

The personal data is collected for the purposes of making available the CBI and related services and for managing and administering CBI customer relationships. In addition, if you are a registered user of a CBI marketplace and have supplied your email address, CBI may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with CBI and our products, as well as the various marketplaces built using the CBI services. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users.

Aggregated Statistics

CBI may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, CBI may monitor the most popular marketplaces on the CBI sites or screen the marketplaces to help identify spam. CBI may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, CBI will not disclose personal data other than as described below.

Disclosures of Personal Data

CBI discloses personal data only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that need that data in order to process it on CBI's behalf or to provide services available at CBI websites.
